What is the monthly membership fee?
Our membership fee is a flat monthly rate that covers unlimited primary care visits and preventive services.Do you accept insurance?
Ohana Medical operates outside insurance, so membership fees are separate from any insurance coverage you may have.Which services are included in the membership?
Membership includes preventive care, physicals, sick visits, management of chronic condition(s), med management, care coordination with specialists/healthcare providers, and various in-office tests and minor procedures at no extra cost.
As a member of Ohana DPC, you will also have access to discounted generic prescription medications, lab tests, and imaging studies.
How do I pay for my membership?
Payments are made monthly via credit card or bank transfer, with no hidden fees or copays.Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for my monthly DPC membership?
You cannot use fund from an HSA or FSA to pay for your DPC membership but you can use your HSA or FSA to pay for charges associated with lab tests, imaging studies,medications, and vaccinations.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time with no penalties. To cancel, we ask for written request be emailed to support@ohanadpc.com a minimum of 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.
